For customized products, we offer an exchange or replacement in the event of a defect or manufacturing error.
What to do if the hull arrives damaged?
If your case arrives damaged, contact our customer service within 2 days of receipt with photos of the product.
We promise to send you a replacement free of charge as soon as possible!
